· All llamas entered, except non-breeders & youth classes, must have an ILR number. No pending registrations.
· Entries must be made in the name of the animal & owner as matched to the ILR registration papers or have a
permission to show form completed and sent in with entry. Copies of registration papers must accompany entry.
· Health papers issued within 30 days of the show are required on all out-of-state llamas.
· A llama may be entered in only one division of obstacle. However, you may take as many llamas as you like through your respective obstacle class.
· Best of Show. These classes will take the Grand Champion’s from each division and one champion female and male will be chosen from their respective group.
· Classes may be combined or deleted as necessary depending on the amount of entries. No refunds after the deadline.
· We will be paying the highest premiums – depending on the amount of llamas entered and sponsorships. Our goal is to provide you with a high quality show with great premiums.
· The show will be at the south end of the fairgrounds in an enclosed arena. Outside stalling is under roof but open.
Anyone who has panels for their stalling are encouraged to bring them or work from their trailer.
· Food will be available.
· The Llucky Llama 4-H group will again be holding their popular Chinese auction. Please support this group by either bringing an item to donate or buying tickets at the show.
· There is a Hampton Inn & Suites 1 mile from the fairgrounds, just off SR 224. Their number is 330-702-1900, www.hamptoninncanfield.com Camping is available with electricity only for a small fee.
· Our fairgrounds will also be host to a camper rally and horse show this same weekend. These folks are looking forward to seeing the llamas and our show so be prepared for an audience and to “talk” llamas.
· The Canfield fairgrounds are located 7265 Columbiana-Canfield Rd (SR 46). Canfield, OH 44406, one mile south
of SR 224. Signs will be posted directing you to the gate you need to enter for the show.
